Ryan Maness

Ryan Maness joined MultiState in 2012 and now serves as a Senior Policy Analyst and Tax Counsel. His work focuses on tracking and analyzing state tax and budget proposals, and has been cited in the Washington Post, Bloomberg, Forbes, Governing, State Tax Notes, and Law360. Prior to joining MultiState, he served as a policy analyst for the Colorado House of Representatives and intern for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Ryan graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2009 from the Syracuse University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
